Summary for Project Page:
During my seven years as Senior Marketing Director for Total Pain Care, I led all branding, communication strategy, and creative direction for a multi-location healthcare practice. My work focused on strengthening the clinic’s identity, improving patient education, and elevating the organization’s presence across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
I developed integrated marketing campaigns, created messaging frameworks for new service lines, managed public relations and community outreach, and oversaw multiple brand expansion initiatives as new clinic locations opened. A major part of my role included writing and directing broadcast commercials that highlighted patient trust, physician expertise, and the compassionate personality of the practice. Several of these commercials will be featured here to demonstrate my storytelling approach, script development, and ability to guide concept-to-production execution.

This video series was developed to showcase the full scope of Total Pain Care’s mission, services, and people. The campaign highlights the clinic’s physicians, advanced treatment capabilities, and dedicated staff, offering viewers a clear picture of the practice’s expertise and patient-focused culture. These videos were designed to elevate brand credibility, strengthen community trust, and present Total Pain Care as the leading resource for pain management in East Mississippi and West Alabama.
Patient Testimonial Video Campaign
This collection of testimonial videos brings authentic patient experiences to the forefront. Each story highlights an individual’s journey with chronic pain and how Total Pain Care’s providers, treatment plans, and support systems helped restore their quality of life. These testimonials serve as powerful social proof—humanizing the brand, validating the clinic’s effectiveness, and connecting with potential patients through real, relatable voices.
Talk Pain Series – Physician Education Features
The Talk Pain video series features Total Pain Care physicians discussing a range of pain conditions, treatment options, and therapeutic approaches. These educational segments were created to simplify complex medical topics and empower patients with clear, trustworthy information. From physical therapy strategies to advanced interventional procedures, each video reinforces Total Pain Care’s commitment to patient education and clinical excellence.
