This project was completed for my IMC 590 Methods of Social Media course and focused on evaluating the multi-platform social strategy of Homes.com. I conducted a full audit of their Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok channels, analyzing follower engagement, content themes, demographic targeting, and advertising effectiveness. Based on this evaluation, I identified opportunities for stronger differentiation, improved storytelling, and deeper user engagement across platforms. The final report included strategic recommendations such as enhanced video use, clearer USP communication, audience-specific content strategies, and platform-aligned engagement tactics to strengthen Homes.com’s overall digital presence.
